This instance the challenge was to illustrate an intangible concept: energy. And for the first time since I’m taking part in Illustration Friday contest, I can submit an illustration that’s part of a project I’m working on.

Some female friends of mine have became yoga enthusiasts and they’re always talking about how meditation offers them innumerable benefits for their body, mind and spirit. They told me that meditation can be extremely useful for people who suffer from stress, feel depressed or unhappy, get influenced by the emotions of others and for many other reasons related to well-being (fore more meditation benefits click here).
Another benefit they explained me is to increases the energy level, as you gain an inner source of energy. With all this information, I’m working on a new project about how to take a break from daily life. Here you have one illustration.
